The Training Need Analysis (TNA) Course, offered by the Centre for Management Development (CMD) in collaboration with the National Institute for Security Studies (NISS), is designed to build the capacity of managers, HR professionals, and security administrators to identify, assess, and prioritize organizational training needs effectively.
